Over then period, Iron Arm had an exponential growth record and this has led to the origin of a multi divisional group operating at diverse functional areas viz construction, contracting, trading, import of Engineering goods etc.

Iron Arm has an ISO –Quality management representative (QMR) who will be in charge of conducting periodic Internal audits to ascertain the effectiveness of the ISO system and issues non- conformity notes (NCR) to the concerned departments which fails to fulfill the requirements to the satisfactory level and also in order to ensure that the non-compliance shall not be repeated. The certifying agency also conducts half yearly audits in all departments to ensure that the ISO 9001:2008 system is implemented to the satisfactory level.
