Safety Policy

  

At Iron Arm Group we prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees, subcontractors, clients, and the public. We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment on all our construction sites, in addition we value and follow the safety and health laws and regulations of the OSHA administration. To achieve this, we have implemented the following safety policy:

1. Commitment to Compliance:

- We adhere to all relevant safety regulations and standards.

- Regular safety audits will be conducted to ensure compliance.

2. Employee Training:

- All employees are provided with comprehensive safety training.

- Ongoing education programs will be implemented to keep our workforce informed about the latest safety protocols and procedures.

3. Hazard Identification and Control:

- A systematic approach will be taken to identify, assess, and control hazards in the workplace.

- Adequate measures will be implemented to minimize or eliminate potential risks.

4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

- Appropriate PPE will be provided and maintained for all employees.

- It is mandatory for employees to wear the prescribed PPE in designated areas 

5. Emergency Preparedness:

- Emergency response plans will be established for each construction site.

- Regular drills and training sessions will be conducted to ensure preparedness for various emergency scenarios.

6. Reporting and Investigation:

- All incidents, accidents, and near misses will be promptly reported and thoroughly investigated.

- Lessons learned from investigations will be used to improve safety procedures.

7. Safety Communication:

- Clear and effective communication channels will be established to disseminate safety information.

- Regular safety meetings will be conducted to address concerns, share best practices, and reinforce safety guidelines.

8. Accountability:

- All employees are accountable for their safety and the safety of those around them.

- Safety performance will be a key factor in employee evaluations and recognition programs.

9. Continuous Improvement:

- We are committed to continuous improvement in our safety practices.

- Feedback from employees is encouraged and will be used to enhance our safety program.

10. Review and Update:

- This safety policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in our operations, regulations, or best practices.
